Problem : Dead and shorted
Diagnose : Trace the line and i found out Busted Capacitor [ C2010 ]
Inner Line : PPBAT_VCC
Solution : Remove Capacitor or remove and replace

PS : hindi ko na na kuhaan ng litrato yong pag remove ng capacitor medyo dami kasi gawa kaya madalian na
